How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are despatched within 3 working days from your purchase (unless stated otherwise on individual listings) You will receive an email once your order has been despatched. Here are the current estimates for shipping times:

UK: 2-5 working days
EU: 3-7 working days
International: 5-14 working days

Please note, these are only estimates and some countries do not include weekends as working days.

My order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived passed the estimated delivery dates, then please get in contact at hello@lazybears.co.uk with your name and order number. For EU + International orders, if you did not choose Tracked Shipping then unfortunately we will not be able to find where your order has gone, but we will do our best to help you! We only provide a 60-day window after dispatched to resolve these issues.

I accidentally used the wrong shipping address! Can you change it?

Please email hello@lazybears.co.uk as soon as possible if you wish to change the shipping address. Once your order has been dispatched it is out of our hands! You will have to get in contact with the shipping company (Royal Mail) or re-order your item(s). If the order gets returned to us it will be automatically refunded.

Can I track my order?

If you have chosen Tracked Shipping you will be provided with a Tracking Number on your dispatch email. If you have chosen Standard Shipping, then unfortunately there is no tracking information available. 

Can I get a Refund/Return?

My order has arrived broken/damaged!

If your order has arrived and it is either damaged or is broken, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. You will need pictures as proof of the damage.

How do you ship your orders?

All orders are shipped through Royal Mail. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your parcel will be handed over to a local shipping company. 

My discount code isn't working?

Please check to make sure that the discount code or coupon is exactly as it appears and check that it is still in date. If it is still not working, or need any more help, please email us at hello@lazybears.co.uk

Any item unable to be delivered (due to incorrect address, not called for, not collected, etc) will be automatically refunded once returned by the postal company. Postage will not be refunded.

All Payments are processed in British Sterling (£)
