How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are dispatched within 3 working days from your purchase 
(unless stated otherwise on individual listings). You will receive an 
email once your order has been dispatched. Here are the current 
estimates for shipping times:

UK: 2-4 working days
International: 5-14 working days

Please note, these are only estimates and some countries do not include weekends as working days.

My order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived passed the estimated delivery date, then please get in contact at hello@lazybears.co.uk with your name and order number.

We also recommend checking your tracking information for the latest updates.

I accidentally used the wrong shipping address! Can you change it?

Please email hello@lazybears.co.uk as soon as possible if you wish to
change the shipping address.

Once your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, it is out of our hands! You will have to get in contact with the shipping company (Royal Mail) or re-order your item(s).

If the order gets returned to us it will be automatically refunded.

Can I track my order?

All orders are sent via Tracked Shipping. You will receive a Tracking number in your dispatch e-mail. If you did not receive this number, then please get in contact.

Can I get a Refund/Return?

My order has arrived broken/damaged!

If your order has arrived either damaged or broken, please get in contact as soon as possible. Please provide your Order Number and photos for proof of the damage. 

My discount code isn't working?

Please check to make sure that the discount code or coupon is exactly as
it appears and check that it is still in date. If it is still not working, or need any more help, please email us at hello@lazybears.co.uk

Any non-custom item unable to be delivered (due to incorrect address, not called for, not collected, etc) will automatically be refunded once it has been returned by the postal company. Postage will not be refunded.

All payments are processed in British Sterling (£)
