I ordered this on December 9th for a NYE party, it said it would be delivered by December 30th. It didn’t get here till January 16th. I haven’t opened it but I’m sure the quality is fine, I just have no use for a swamp banner now that my Shrek party has passed 😅 Unsure if it was a delay in the seller shipping it or a delay further down the line.
